Had the 1st service done compliments of Chevy,
Oil and filter and rotate tires and all around inspection.
I wanted them to change oil and filter at 1500 miles and they said too early so I did it myself.
5500 miles now and ZERO problems.
Funny how one truck can be a POS and the next is great.
I'm with Axe, just deal with it.
I don't think you qualify for chevy buy back or lemon law. It's the first time your truck is in the shop and both programs either need you to have multiple same issues or a ridiculous amount of time spent in the shop.
When I tried the buy back they did call me...
My 1st issue was the turn signal assy and chevy said they would pay for a rental but only up to $49 which was weird.
My dealer has a shuttle service so they just brought me home and picked me up.
When more problems arose my dealer has loaners.
It was to the point where I walked in and they...
I wrote a check for $20k and gave it to them. They took it lol
2 year newer truck and Bison edition and about $1700 in tax
Don't remember exact numbers but Bison edition was on sale for about $6800.
My registration was due and that was another $1000.
Chevy also had a $2000 rebate at the time...
I went through something similar with my 2023 with the 6.2. Forget the miles but it was about 3500.
Had the "tick" at start up. Showed a misfire.
Ended up replacing lifters on one side.
Then catalytic converters
Then spark plugs
Then turn signal assy
Tried working with GM on a buy back. What a...
Mine was covered under warranty. About a $2000 fix.
They have to drop the front bumper.

All stock Bison. I did put on the Range technology module that cancels DFM and auto start stop.
I've heard guys say a slight increase in mpg.
I installed mine early on so don't know if there is any difference but it did make it more fun to drive.
Curious what you're getting for mpg.
I don't put on a lot of miles per year so mpg wasn't important.
But the fun factor of the 6.2 was.
I'm actually surprised at the mpg I'm getting and I'm not EZ with the right foot.
I bought a new 2023 non bison with the 6.2
Turn signal assy, lifters, spark plugs, catalytic convertors in first year and less than 4k miles
Traded it for a 2025 Bison
Not a single issue
I would pass on any pre 2025 ZR2
I have a 25 Bison also.
I was hesitant about doing the update but fiinally did it.
Made the stereo cut out worse than ever.
I think this is the latest update,
Improvements to software performance
Fixes for audio system performance
Improvement to connectivity for Bluetooth
Fixes to help ensure...
