    3rd brake light for rack

I know there is a company that makes a camera relocation kit for people running racks or shells. But I don't remember if it includes anything for the brake light. I would think so though. I looked at the kit a few years ago when I got my 22 because I was worried my rack might get in the way. But...

    Weight distribution hitches

Yep, was probably the case. Sometimes they are just designed poorly. Too much weight on one side, poor axle placement, ect. It doesn't help that they tend to put the cheapest tires they can find on most of them at the factory. I'm curious what your tongue weight was. Did you end up getting a...

    Weight distribution hitches

Wow, Im surprised that trailer did so bad on the road. 39' is a long TT but wasn't that heavy with under 12k GVWR and was less then 12' tall. Some trailers just pull bad from the factory. It must of not had it's weight distributed very well. Hopefully you didn't get beat up to bad trading so fast!

Subs, 10's, 12's and the HUD

The amp on the oem Kicker box is just screwed to it on the outside. Its really easy to replace. But I didn't buy it intending on changing it. I changed mine originally because I needed the sub amp to have low level inputs when I decided to change the speakers and add a Amp. If you don't care...

Subs, 10's, 12's and the HUD

I keep a lot of stuff under my back seat. So I haven't bothered trying to do a larger box or more subs. The OEM box actually does pretty good to me. I also like that it looks factory and you don't even know it's there with the seat down. I have a CXA800.1T on mine. The sub I replaced the...

Subs, 10's, 12's and the HUD

The OEM kicker is a RW10CVT10 1 OHM sub. You can't find just that sub unmounted. Atleast I couldn't when I blew mine, lol. From what I gather it should be a 350watt RMS. I did have a larger amp on mine which I'm sure is how I blew it. To be fair I had it for a long time before it went. I ended...

    Heavy Weight Champ

Wow that's a long haul 792 gallons by my math which at current price here of 2.76 for 87, thats 2,185 in fuel. A diesel getting 10mpg would have been 546 gallons, But at a cost of 3.43 that would have been 1,889 not counting DEF a few hundred bucks difference. Around 2k in fuel either way...

🛠️ Member Build Finally getting around to doing some modifications to my HD

Np, that's exactly what I did. Both cables are rolled up tucked away under the seat. Makes it way easier if you need to change any settings. I used this one for the PAC it has 90 degree micro USB that works in any direction like a USB C plug does https://a.co/d/enH68k7

Where to connect to battery positive

You can pick up a kit on ebay for upfitter switches that comes with extra posts and fuses to add to the factory distribution box. Or you could just get the upfitter switches that comes with it at the switches. https://ebay.us/m/x3Igs7

    truck bed storage

A decked won't fit under the retractable cover. The flip up kind or the soft roll up ones, but if its a retractable with the canister in the front, it hangs down to low. I considered this also originally. But even if it would fit, it would be kind of useless to have both. Not a ton of room...

    truck bed storage

I use my truck bed pretty often. Im sure more then average. I regularly carry tools, material, ladders, trim, steel, ect. We camp and Kayak also. Decked is great for tools. The downside is large things or heavy stuff. IE loading a generator, pressure washer. Same goes for bags of quickcrete...

    Injector Problems

Wow that sucks, 17k for the fuel system for Def contamination is pretty crazy. I don't think I could ever be convinced that DEF and DPF systems are any greener big picture. They just generate more revenue.
