These pre-mixed ones from Suntory are also decent. Frys/Kroger has them on sale right now for $10, usually $13-15. The thing about the premixed ones is that you can't adjust the ingredients. I like certain proportions in my Manhattan and also the Vermouth from Rossi, so mixing is good for that.
