    🏁 Sold Range DMF Module

Well friends, my beloved ZR2 had to go. Traded her off for a better suited vehicle for the family and purchased a used company truck to do truck things with. Last minute I remember to pull the DFM module out of it. It was installed on the truck for about 6 months. Works as advertised. I’ll ship...

    Missed connections.

I guess I should be more specific, this was in Portland TX. I wish I could have talked with the owner. Looked like a pretty slick set up!

    New Oil Viscosity Recommended

I remember seeing some comments about how the vette and Camaro platform run the 0-40 oil rather than 0-20 and some folks believed that to be the issue as to why the trucks/suvs have all the issues. It makes sense in my simple brain. If the crank is eating up bearing and coming apart, the metal...

    P25A2 fault code.

I don’t know if it matters, but it was 2nd, diff lock, L2 and I just let her eat for two rounds. From a google, it’s a generic brake issue code. Anything from a wheel speed sensor to the actual brake control module can trip it. My OBD MX+ won’t clear it out. I can only assume that the ECS...

    P25A2 fault code.

Last weekend after some “spirited” driving out on a deer lease my truck lit up like a Christmas tree. Friend of mine cleared the codes and I just now got my own scanner to check everything out. Not sure what all was active last weekend but this P25A2 Brake system control module “A” requested MIL...

GMC Sierra Offers One More Interior Dash Design Than Chevy Silverado

I was really wanting a AT4X but they were all $7-10k more than a ZR2 at the time I was shopping. Same bones as the ZR2 but the interior is a step ahead. The way they made the HVAC controls flow into the center console and integrated the screen into the dash really looks top notch.
