    The hearing test thing to me is BS, I like to set to my perceptions so Advanced EQ lets you do it yourself.

    That's the only way, a standard EQ v profile is a good start for most ears. Something like I posted.

    i installed the app. did the hearing test thing. it really didn't seem to be of much benefit for me, so i deleted it

    I did the same. I replaced all speakers with Alpine units along with a 12" sub and amp and was way better.

    I set my Factory eq to the default which is all in the middle, then I just adjust in the infiniti app.

    I had to do the same. Mine was extremely bass heavy without enough treble. I fine tuned it in the app and it sounds much better.

    Once you get it set on the app, I found you have to go back in the system EQ and dial it back to make it work a little better. Not ideal...

    I primarily use Pandora and it sounds pretty good. Have Amazon and Sirius, will try later with those.
