Also added subs and an additional amplifier. If you are under warranty talk to your service advisor before adding anything electronic. Voids the factory electrical warranty

Just got mine back today. Looks like they replaced the amplifier and the OnStar module, and so far it’s working correctly and consistently.

Just got my truck back from the dealership this afternoon. They’ve told me the cause for the music dropout was the amplifier. So far it’s working fine

Got it back shortly after my earlier reply. They’ve just replaced the trim piece that it was rubbing against, and made no other changes to stop it from happening again

Still waiting to get it back. They’ve had it for about two weeks now

My 2023 is at the dealership for this right now, as well as the audio cut out (GM said it is the amplifier) and torn weather stripping at the sill plate

Might just take another class action lawsuit to make that happen, or flood corporate with phone calls 1 (866) 467-9700

My 23 passed the recall inspection, so now double the cost of oil changes now with the viscosity change. I did get the 10 year 150k mile warranty extension. Still going round and round with GM corporate about the ZR1 oil change price difference, and as of now they don’t care to help.

I just purchased a Car Shield Diamond package extended warranty for mine. $2,599 with 250/500 deductible 7 year 120k miles. I was skeptical of their coverage at first. It’s the same thing that you would get from a dealership without giving them a commission for selling it to you.

I recently took my 23 in for service, and saw the update codes for the splash screen and audio cut out fix. Had the dealership update it, and so far it works fine.
