I cut the ends off both wires and put on a Wago connector. Everything is in good working order now. (y)

I was hoping I could get some help here for hard wiring to the passenger side fuse panel. I am a novice when it comes to this, so please forgive my ignorance. I purchased the upfit micro 3 prong fuse jumper (pictured on the left below) from Amazon (there was a link in another post I saw here)...
