Congrats on your new truck,! I find that doing anything with lockers You have to put it in neutral.... Till the liight goes solid... Never had an issue doing it that way 👍

So every 2 to 3 years the system needs to be purged completely and refilled. That's standard.... Unless it's blowing warm all the time

A bad battery can cause issue with many things.... Before I replaced mine it was throwing all kinds of codes. Look up the post called Bad battery= bat shit crazy truck There's lots of other posts about bad batteries and low voltage issues and all the different problems.

If you're having trouble with a dealership near you and if there's multiple dealerships within a 50 mi radius of your home just go to a different dealership. We have 4 or 5 dealerships here and I had to go to a couple different ones before I found one that would actually take care of me...

What year? I've got a 22 and I've had three camera modules replaced. Once one of them goes out it affects the adaptive cruise, Lane keep assist, 360 surround view, auto high beam, and the collision safety system. At first it would intermittently go out until those features finally just stopped...

Sorry for the mix up. I bought products from both vendors. Good product, Chevy absolutely positively dropped the ball when it comes to the interior lighting on these trucks.
