I have the boost auto M2's and so far so good. Motor seems to be heavy duty with steel gears rather than plastic.

Boost Auto might at one time have plastic gears. I have the M2's and they have steel gears. Love them on my truck. My truck came with the high clearance steps and those were a little high for me.

Yep had a 2018 1500 with the 6.2 put a tuner on it and deactivated the AFM. Fuel efficiency was not what I was looking for when I bought the truck. I know that turning off the AMF does not completely get rid of the issue, but at least the truck lasted until I sold it.

Yes it is all about the monthly fees for things built into the truck. You just keep paying and paying. Such a bunch of bull shit. I guess they need the $ to help pay for the 6.2 screw up.
