I think Moab does as well. Canyonlands in general require ab OHV. But I think they can tag their SXS vehicles. I got away with a plat back when I rode dirt, but I would just buy a sticker today. Not worth the hassle. I don't mind donating to keep trails open.

All the O' Reilly and Auto Zone stores recycle oil. Disposal is a non issue. Changing oil is an easy job on an LT/ LS engine. Lots of tutorials on You Tube.
