Thank you. Painted mine also but put edging on to just take up that little tiny space between the bumper and the liner on the inside! I think the 0 offset helped me in the back with the plastic in comparison to your -18. But I was so close I trimmed it in fear of articulating and tearing it off...
The bottom line IMHO is if you go over a 34" inch tire with or without a level kit of any configuration, you will need to trim or shim out your bumper if you want absolutely no rubbing! If you trim it, you'll get a 35 on with a 0 offset 8.5" wheel with ease. Full lock, both directions, up...

Just sidewall sticks out slightly! Need to put on big boy pants though, and trim the front bumper exactly like Axe did in his thread. Trimmed mine over the weekend and it's awesome to have a 35 and no rub at all at full lock...
Yeah I think I'm just going to trim and not worry about it. Haven't noticed any wandering with the Toyos. I did have it aligned right before I put them on. 🤔
Thanks, The UCAs were the biggest improvement no so much in ride but in smoothness of the steering and the return to center after a turn. Overall ride quality is still great! Went with Cognito arms mostly because of the changeable standard style ball joint. I didn't trust the uniball style...
Easy swap! I have Peak spacer plates in the front with Cognito UCAs so I wound up with only a slight rub on the front bumper at full lock only on the passenger side. Not sure if I want to live with it or just bite the bullet and trim it out a bit! Zero offset put the tires exactly where I wanted...
Why the big switch to the HD? You guys rather the diesel, heavier suspension for towing? Why the " jump ship" from the ZR2 1500 that's only 2yrs old? Just latest and greatest kind of thing or do you guys normally upgrade every 2 yrs? Just wondering if I'm missing something! 🤔
