The rear bumper is cut for 3 inch light cubes. AEV states that only Baja Designs light cubes will fit. I just had Auxbeam 3 inch light cubes installed. I purchased the AEV brackets and found lights that would fit them. The installer did a slight modification and everything works perfectly. The Auxbeam lights are brighter and have way more functions and are 1/2 the price. I have uploaded photos if anyone is interested. He also was able to wire them up where they come on in reverse and has a switch to operate manually and chose the light modes.

Nice, it use to matter more. But honestly the difference between the high end lights and the off brands is pretty small now. I put some cheap Nlight cubes on my tractor a couple years ago. They are ridiculously bright and have been wacked with tree limbs, sat outside, ect. Still work great, I put the same brand lights in my aftermarket rear bumper. They are plenty for rear lights. They were like 30 bucks, lol. Difference between 250 dollar rigid lights just isn't worth it now for most things. Diminishing returns.

I agree and the AEV recommended lights at $131 each just seemed rediculous.

I put the Baja Design lights on my Bison and like them. I did a custom bezel and mount for the front bumper and have a detailed thread if you want to check it out. Any brand light would work on the front as well.

I just outfitted a new Kawasak Terxy H2 sxs and I don't drive much at night anymore, so I decided to use some of the less expensive Amazon lights. I had the same experience, the Ridgidhorse, Nilight and Kenimoto lights I used are super bright and appear to be constructed very well. I also used four Nilight relayed/fused harness and they are built well for the 12-16 AWG wires and switches. Time will tell, but for the money it seems worthwhile.

I sort of felt like a Chinese sell out, but then I bought a set of "American" KMC wheels and SS365 dune tires for $3k and sure as hell they came with "Made in China" labels. You can't win!

No doubt, I think everything is made in China.

For my truck I stuck with BD and Diode Dynamics. I put a pair of Badlands 6" LEDS from Harbor Freight on my Polaris Ranger. The lights are awesome! Very bright, side shooting and high/low modes.
