Alright, I think I found a trailer it can pull. Check my work

So I have a 23 ZR2 and I’m looking to tow a Toy Hauler with a 2 seater side by side. I threw the numbers into a tow calculator and it looks pretty good.

Does anything look way off?

Need to consider air bags and load range E tires too. That will stiffen up the suspension and sidewalls as you start to approach max. One thing that always happens is there is more gear and provisions than you think in the camper.

Every tire manufacturer has different models of their tires intended for different performance. A lot of light truck tires come in load range D or E cause they carry cargo and tow. Load Range E will bump the tires up to say 4000 lbs weight for each tire and you get a heavier 10 ply rating, which includes stiffer sidewalls to handle the lateral moment on the added trailer weight.

I run the Toyo RT Trails in 295/70, R18 which are load Range E and get over 4000 lbs weight capacity. Not every load Range E will get that high, they might be 3800 ish. But you should be able to run 65 or 80 psi to stiffen the tire.

If your tires can't handle the added weight, they will wobble back and forth at speed and in the wind. Also they will generate excess heat and heat will cause the tire to deteriorate more quickly and at worst case cause the tire to fail, which could be catastrophic.

There are some good technical articles that will explain it better if you do some research on the topic. You want to be safe and comfortable towing heavy.
