Saying hi from northern Alberta, Canada. Finally got the build date for my 2026 HD ZR2-mid March. Ordered back in mid-November 2025….cant wait!!

Currently driving a 2017 2500 HD LTZ with a 3” Zones lift since new..almost 9 years old and it’s been a good truck.

Already bought a Bak4 Revolver box cover back on cyber Monday and running boards. Priced out the Xpel film protection pkg I want installed and doing a light tint on the front drivers and passenger windows.

I will cruise the forum site and may have some inquiries on peoples opinions on aftermarket items .

Welcome, sounds like you are on top of the accessories.

Nice! I’m waiting as well but more central than northern. I ordered the beginning of January so I hope I don’t have to wait 2 months more for a build date.
What colour did you pick?

White for me, company colours. What colour for you ? I heard that to do the HD ZR2 builds , the factory does a shutdown to reconfigure the production runs for these trucks as they have several different components, interior, etc.

I am just pricing out the Xpel film protection .and a window tint pkg for the front sides windows. The dealership come in over $500 more than the private installed for the Xpel…I am not impressed with that for what a person pays for theses trucks now.

I am also getting the black mirror caps painted white to be a bit different than other ZR2 HDs

Nice! I’m going cypress grey.

It’s way better to do it privately, the dealership typically gets the cheapest film put on and charge more than what the higher quality film costs you walking in off the street.

That’s a good idea, it will look pretty sharp

Hello, from King City ON Canada.

I was told yesterday delivery hopefully April 13. I believe it’s built, just needs to get loaded on the train and shipped west from Ontario plant. If all goes to plan, pick up truck April 20 with completed truck work.

I will post pictures when I get it home . Just ordered my running boards this morning. The dealer will install the mudflaps. Other accessories be installed elsewhere. Xpel film, tinted front windows, ceramic polish and undercoating too…help with the harsh salt winter environment.

Nice man! Hopefully it will be here on time! I’m jealous, the waiting game is tough!

Had a call from the dealership rep, truck is in Alberta from being delivered off the rail cars. Dealer should see it by tomorrow or Wednesday. Hopefully it’s PDI and ready to go by Monday next week so I can get the undercoating , and Xpel film and ceramic polish completed by Friday April 17 . Then get the Bak 4TS cover and running boards installed and drive it home 5 hours on Monday April 20….good way to break in the new motor. I am excited now!!

That’s awesome! Congrats! Haha that’s one of those good problems to have is driving your new truck too much. Filling it up is the only painful part.
Salesman told me still no update, they’re apparently waiting to hear from their rep on what the hold up is. So still jealous!
