Recently upgraded from the 2023 Colorado ZR2 (which I loved) to the full size 2026 Silverado 1500 ZR2 with the 3.0 Diesel. 1000 miles on it so far. Just pulled my RZR 250 miles with it. Pulls and rides like a dream. I threw a Peak Suspension 2.5” lift on it with upgraded UCAs. KC pod ditch lights hooked up. I do have 20” fuel wheels on order. Probably going with the Toyo Mud terrain 35” tires. I also can’t wait for someone to come out with a new front bumper or new black skid plate for the Diesel ZR2.

I like to bow hunt, backpack and trail ride. In the SLC Area. Excited to hear from the forum!

good looking truck, of course us in those of us in this group are a little partial to the ZR2 model.

Peak Suspension sells pretty much the only bumper that works with the 3.0 ZR2. The Chassis Unlimited Octane Series front bumper. It’s a nice bumper, but I wish we had more options.

I’ve seen that bumper on their site. I like it but I do want to see what others come up with maybe later this year.

Nice rig, good to see you working that diesel too.

Does Addictive Desert Designs make a bumper? They look pretty nice. Have seen a few rolling around town.

I have the ADD on the diesel. Was installed when I bought it but I know the website says it doesn’t fit. I have had it pulled and reinstalled due to installation of light bar. No one mentioned any difficulties and have had no issues.

Looks really good on your truck!

I’ve seen those from ADD and really liked them but I believe they are not compatible with the 3.0 Diesel ZR2

That looks great! Where did you put the plug for your block heater?

Thank you sir! Ha, I live in TX so no real need for a block heater. I’ve attached the install guide I got from ADD, maybe has some helpful info. Only thing I don’t like is I wanted to install winch but not possible due to no space like on the gasser model.
