Greetings to all,

I have a 25 ZR2 that has a slight rattle somewhere near the driver's side lower dash area favoring the left side. It has been there since I bought the truck but intermittent and hard to locate. It has become more frequent and I cannot locate the source. It does this when on a paved road as well as off road with no consistent pattern.

Has anyone experienced this? I would like to resolved it without a visit to the dealership.

Thanks!!!

Is it your intermediate shaft on the steering wheel drive line? They have historically had early wear and rattling type noises.

I was chasing a rattle like this for 3 days. Turned out I didn't latch the visor back into the tab all the way.

Typical ZR2x :ROFLMAO:

I have the same on 2025 1500 Bison. When I push on the trim under the radio but above climate control the rattle goes away. It does return so I need to have the dealer fix it. Let me know if yours is the same

Had this done on my 2023 ZR2 AND 2020 Trail Boss. Same areas (around the infotainment). They put some thicker 3m tape behind it. Had to chase it. Fix one part, cropped up somewhere else.

There have been ***some*** that got fixed after removing the dash carrier and reinstalling along with some new 3M tape. The wife sees it all the time at her dealer.

Mine was just a few empty scotch bottles I forgot to clear out of the floor board after a fun night.
