Sanity check my 20x9 setup

Hey fellas, looking at getting some Method 323's in 20x9+12 with either Nitto Ridge Grapplers or Toyo OC R/T Pros in 295/60R20. Will the +12 be enough pull back from the factory +26 to clear the suspension and not introduce an excessive amount of rub? Size wise, my gut says these might clear without any fore/aft rubbing at lock.

Truck is factory with peak front end level.

Checked with a few of the comparison tools, looks doable.. What you guys think?
