Looking at the ATW4 in 35/11.5/18, wondering if anyone run these? Also will this size fit on the stock wheel and suspension without rubbing?

Probably not, but there are leveling kits, trimming, and wheel spacers that will get you there in various combinations.

Check out my thread on trimming to fit 295s on -12 offset rims. Similar to 35s with 1-1.5 inch wheel spacers.

I have the 285/75 18 Ridge Grapplers on stock ZR2 wheels and I believe that is the same size or really close. I put them on with a peak 2.25 lift and the Bora 3/8" spacers and scovel lug nuts so I dont have to change any of the factory parts on the hubs and I still had minor rubbing on the oem fender flare trim that runs under the fender so I installed the Front Fender Liner Pullback Kit and trimmed the flare as recommended in the instructions and I now have zero rubbing. All that being said I dont think it will work without a lift. Sorry I left out I have a 2025 1500 ZR2.
