The ComeUp winch is only option for Bison bumpers. I think others work with aftermarket bumpers.

Gustoms 4x4 Fabrication in australia is now producing hidden winch mounts for the stock bumper- At this time fit is only confirmed for the 6.2, and since there's no diesel zr2s in Aus it won't be until one gets sent over here.

Intercooler on the diesel is right where most winches get mounted- it's an issue on the ADD bar, for example

Don't know about the Chevy, but RAM won't put a diesel in a Power Wagon because the expanded cooling system won't allow them to put the winch on the front end. Larger oil cooler, trans cooler, radiator.
