It takes me 25 hours to go 1600 miles and it's a long two days by yourself.

I'm also stuck waiting for the cred union check to clear. I'm not entirely sure why it's not immediate as it's addressed to them.
But maybe the holiday has something to do with it.

So even if I was to show up there, if the funds havent cleared I couldn't go anywhere.

Everytime I deposit business checks there is a hold, same with wire transfers. There are so many laws and restrictions to prevent fraud that the only guys that get special treatment are the criminals and banks.

yeah I get it however, I've walked up to a dealer with all my docs and pre approved and came off the lots with cars. So, dunno just hurry up and wait it seems.

Funds cleared. Truck is mine. But, delivered is delayed for good reason.

Dealer called someone from GM Corporate about my steps. Essentially, they robbed a set of steps from a warehouse in Lubbock, TX and said they will have them to the OK dealer Monday. So, if I wait a couple days longer for them to pick up the truck, they can install the steps as soon as they come in Monday.
