My favorite and only mod so far....swapped my black rims for some factory wheels that have been PVD Chrome plated. I love the look of the truck now. I know old school....Chromies for the Homies is what my tire guy says. My truck is white with the black out package so it was a lot of black.

Was it difficult to find the truck in Chile? I did not see a lot of US made trucks when I was there. Chile is a beautiful place. I have not been back there in a long time. My wife goes back about every other year.

Good write up. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. I have a 2024 ZR2 with the LZO and have loved it so far. I have about 525 miles on mine and the mileage seems pretty consistent with what you are seeing. Congrats on the new truck.

I have the 3.0 duramax so that is about the mileage I was expecting.

I have been at about 24-26 mpg on the "lie-O-meter" on the truck dash. Freeway driving it seems pretty consistent at about 25-26 mpg or so. I only have about 200 miles on the truck so take that into account.

Here are some photos of the ZR2 and the RAM when I traded it in. I wanted a different color on the ZR2 and the blackout package was not my thing but it has been a great truck thus far....in about a week and half.

Correction on item #6. I had the ZR2 on Sport and not on normal. It rides it much better now it is in "normal" mode. Night and day difference between this and 3500 RAM.
