Update:
Replaced the peak blocks with the factory 2 inch blocks, fixed the issue. It even fixed some of the creaking coming from the deaver leafs. Now they live up to the description of being a smooth and quiet ride.
Thats the plan. Im gonna get it off the ground today and pry around a bit see if anything is moving. Then pull blocks off and see what happens, then go from there
Thinking about this here, the thump only occurs when going over speed bumps and things like that, not when rolling over it, but when the tire makes contact with the road again. If that makes any sense. It occurs at a very specific point of going over a speed bumps lol and its a pain in the ass...

From what I have seen though, theres no mention of pinion shims on any lift from peak suspension.
Is there a way to replicate anything...
When I had my deavers delivered I did notice that, it only provided 1.5 inches difference with these deavers according to peak. But the ride quality is awesome, but they are obnoxious.
Interesting, I wonder if any of this is worth the stress then. I know some people have said that a thump after installing blocks has always been a thing, but my main worry now is the shocks topping out.
I don’t tow anything or plan on it, the squatting was from the front end having a ready lift spacer and the rear having nothing. The previous owner wasn’t the smartest and I have been chasing a solution for a while now.
So your whole axle is moving forward and back? I'm not having that issue I don't think. What is your plan to deal with that? You mentioned the custom blocks?
Hopefully I can get some solid input on my situation, and assist me with a way forward.
Recently I had installed the 1.5 inch Deaver leaf spring upgrade and realized the truck was still squatting a little bit, so I went ahead and ordered the +1 inch block from Peak suspension. Installation was...
