AEV releases 35" tire clearance kit

I think that's the way to use this kit. Toss the lift parts and just use the trim templates and filler plates to make it look nice.

AEV releases 35" tire clearance kit

Yeah it seems like it could easily be fitted for the Regular ZR2. the only non compatible part is the front bumper trim filler plates but you would need to do some trimming and spacers on the Front bumper on the regular ZR2 bumper. It does say its designed to run 35x12.5 when paired with a +12...

AEV releases 35" tire clearance kit

I don't disagree with you there. I was surprised that AEV went that route here. The trim parts are nice and help keep a clean look, but id rather just get those parts and do the Peak lift over body lift and spacer combo they are using.

AEV releases 35" tire clearance kit

AEV just released this 35inch tire clearance kit. It includes a 1″ Body Lift and Suspension Kit which features 1/2″ inch Body and Bed Spacers and a 1/2″ inch Strut Spacer for necessary controlled lift. In the rear, a 3″ inch Rear Spring Spacer replaces the OEM 2″ inch spacer. Crucially, the kit...

What upgrade to do first: Winch or lift and 35's?

You mostly out in the dunes and flat desert? Most of what I do is rocky terrain and woods so a lot of places to attach.

What upgrade to do first: Winch or lift and 35's?

This is my thought exactly! The more capable you make the truck the more likely you are to do something you more likely to get yourself stuck.

What upgrade to do first: Winch or lift and 35's?

The steps on my truck are the removable steps for the GM sliders (I want to keep the steps off but the wife and kids appreciate them lol). Whenever I go out they are removed and left at home, it's just 2 10mil bolts each and takes 5 minutes. I don't think the gym slider are the best but they are...

Just saw the post about the guy getting pulled out by a Subaru... Definitely getting the winch

That's exactly what I was thinking as well.

What upgrade to do first: Winch or lift and 35's?

Looking at getting the winch for the bison front bumper from Chevy since it's 20% off right now. I usually go hit the trails ony own and want to start bringing my son(almost 3) along with me. I play it pretty safe cause I don't want to get stuck with no one around to help out in case of trouble...

What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

Added a Truk'd bed rack with molle panels and cargo basket (also all the goodies to make me look cooler)as well as lights in the multi flex tailgate.

2" lift induced 4WD Wobble issue

Have you received the new spacers and resolved the issue here? I always get a little skeptical when I see large spacers on top of a strut assembly? I have looked into the PAX builds and have been a little skeptical about the true performance they provide when maintaining the DSSVs. They don't...

    Truck King ZR2 Offroad Comparo

Well they sold enough on the 24' model years that they are increasing the 3.0L production for 2025 by a substantial amount. I definitely enjoy it in my bison.

    Electronic software updates

Took mine in for it's first oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance. They did this update while it was there. I didn't have any issues before. Now when I'm on the phone it the audio crackles and pops every 45s to a minute. Very annoying. Doesn't do it for other audio though.
