AEV just released this 35inch tire clearance kit. It includes a 1″ Body Lift and Suspension Kit which features 1/2″ inch Body and Bed Spacers and a 1/2″ inch Strut Spacer for necessary controlled lift. In the rear, a 3″ inch Rear Spring Spacer replaces the OEM 2″ inch spacer. Crucially, the kit also provides precision-engineered brackets, accurate trim templates, and integrated closeout panels.

What do y'all think? How would you compare this AEV kit to the other available options(Peak, BDS etc)?

I don't take anything with a body lift seriously. Body lifts and cheap, disgusting beer seem to go together.
I don't disagree with you there. I was surprised that AEV went that route here. The trim parts are nice and help keep a clean look, but id rather just get those parts and do the Peak lift over body lift and spacer combo they are using.

It only fits the ZR2 with Bison bumpers, but it seems that could be remedied with some minor trimming on the standard ZR2.

I invented a kiit to run 295/70/R18s a few days after I bought mine. Toyo RT Trails sit 34.5 inch. It cost me a sawzaq,ll blade, some sandpaper, and some touch up paint, and a couple hours.

I am now offering this service for $800. and a 6 pack. Just swing by the house to save $200.

Yeah it seems like it could easily be fitted for the Regular ZR2. the only non compatible part is the front bumper trim filler plates but you would need to do some trimming and spacers on the Front bumper on the regular ZR2 bumper.

It does say its designed to run 35x12.5 when paired with a +12 offset wheel, which is nice, but i still think I'd rather run a 285/75r18 with the peak setup. or do a mashup of the 2 kits to run the wider tire.

I run -12 offset, 0 might be an option.

They had commented on a kit like this coming out when I commented on their 2500 kit. If this kit was out I wouldn't have to nip/tuk as much to fit my wagon wheels. I might just get it too for the extra clearance.

I'm on the peak suspension already.

I think that's the way to use this kit. Toss the lift parts and just use the trim templates and filler plates to make it look nice.
