2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 Gets New Sport Exhaust Tuning Calibration

I see here where it says the new exhaust calibration is not offered on the ZR2 trim. Allegedly, our ZR2s with active exhaust already have this calibration done. It’s only a $195 option on the 2024 model.

Don’t tell Mary Barra, but I’m very happy with the active exhaust and would have paid a premium for it!

Where did you see the info on the ZR2's already having that exhaust tune?

I say “Allegedly” because the information came from an owner’s comment left on the original post above. If true, that explains why the calibration is not offered on the ZR2 trim level.

Just wondering since the article above says the ZR2 does not offer the option.

Hey guys new here I have a 2025 zr2 in cypress grey with the active exhaust and it sounds great. I’m not doing exhaust which means more money for the Whipple

Am I the only guy running around in Sport mode all the time? LOL. It's the only way the exhaust note sounds close to what I'd want 100% of the time.

If you mean tow/haul mode banging gears L1-L6 never letting the rpms drop below 3500, then no your not the only one! But but if its just that chicken shit dial setting, then you gotta quit pissing like a pup, if you wanna run with the big dogs!
