My letter was the same as TexOffroader's. I bet the letter Byrds8 got will be what we get for our 2nd letter once the parts are available.

I got this same letter yesterday. I’ll drive it like normal, still changing the oil until they decide what they want/can do.

I have a 2023 and got the same letter saying part of 000 recall and said we don't have a clue what we're going to do so just wait.

In the above posts it looks like someone with a 2022 had same letter but said remedy available. Perhaps they are starting with 2022 and then will move to 2023s.

Yes the process is in stages, based on vin code and build date along with engine vin code.
You may be in level two.

2022 zr2 here. Just got my letter Saturday. My engine was replaced at 14k miles. Bought it at 18k miles not knowing the engine has been replaced. Now has 31k on it. What’s the possibility of getting another replacement engine or just an oil change? That’s crazy stuff to think about.

I got my letter today (000). I've got a 2022 ZR2, that the original owner bought in November 2022. I bought it used in early 2024 with 17k. It now has 28k. It uses oil like a crack whore on drugs, but seems to run good. With saying that, the engine will explode spectacularly during the drive home this evening.

Lol, 3 engines before 40k miles. Great thing we are saving gas with DFM and thin oil. Crazy part is, your 3rd engine with such low miles wouldn't even be all that unusual. . I've seen several posts on Facebook of guys on engine numer 3.

They are doing it in stages, but I have a 2022 and just got the same letter as you saying they don't know what the hell they are doing yet, and to wait for another letter then contact a dealer that doesn't know what they are doing either.

2022 here, letter saying they don't have parts yet came in the mail yesterday. It basically says just keep driving it and don't bother calling the dealer until we send another letter - Anyway I'm sure you've all read the letter by now. Just frustrating to say the least. FWIW I'm at 28k and have had no symptoms. It's had a slightly rough idle since it was new, so I'm not sure that's any indicator - at least not for me.
