Did you have the recall performed and the ecu programmed to detect the vibration and throw the P0016 service code?
I had a DEF temp sensor go bad on my previous Duramaxx towing my toyhauler trailer up a steep grade. Went right into limp.mode and lost 90% of power. Busy Interstate, with just enough shoulder to pull over. That is the most vulnerable Ive I've ever felt on a roadway........total bullshit that these vehicles are prone to abrupt failures.
