Mines a 24 so no update history.

That’s just got Chevy told me when they said they had to do radio software update that was considered a recall before they sold me my bison

Sorry...I thought you were speaking about the radios performance that we all have slammed as being unacceptable. Should have read this more closely. Unfortunately, that recall has nothing to do with the performance of the radio or the muting issues we all experience. I just ran my VIN through GM's recall site and this recall does not apply to my vehicle.

I have not had a mute event since my last update on the infotainment system about a month ago, fingers still crossed it is a permanent situation/solution.
