CEL Code p02d2 on 6.6L Duramax

Curious as to if anyone has had this choice pop up. My truck was low on diesel when I cracked it up. Once I filled it up with fuel, this CEL came on. Truck drives fine and I use archoil on every tank so I'm curious if this is a fluke or cause for concern. I only have 12k ish miles on this rig and it's been a great so far. Any help or advice is appreciated.

That's injector #4 failure. Not sure it's a real issue or just an anomaly, but dealer can test the injector. I've had codes pop-up on mine and they cannot find a problem. Cleared codes and said "software glitches" are common with these codes. They did not occur again

Thank you. I cleared it with my code reader and will see if it happens to come back.

UPDATE: Uninstalled the module and will send it in to Stealth for them to check out. Trucks runs perfectly fine, so I'm not too alarmed. However, I don't want to jeopardize any components or it's overall reliability so we'll see what they say.

Very happy with my Archoil 6500...great stuff!
