My 6.2L Trail Boss has it and it's not really noticeable with stock exhaust. If you change your exhaust, it's more noticeable. The louder your exhaust, the more you will notice DFM.
Even with a louder exhaust it is exhaust it is no big deal. I strangely kind of like to hear the different sounds. Acceleration is just like a non-DFM. DFM more kicks in downhill or when you let off the accelerator to slow.
