Has anyone been using GDI detergents? If so, at what mileage do you recommend using and is there a brand that is best?

I use VP racing Unleaded( green,not purple) octane booster every tank and I don't care what the critical say..it does make a noticable difference. Just make sure to get the unleaded otherwise it will burn your converters up. How do I know..,.. I used to use the purple or regular booster and it burnt my cats out. Since I've had them replaced I only use the unleaded version and have not had an issue in over 15,000 mi. Not only does it boost 20 gallons by 3.5 octane, and also helps to clean injectors and fuel system

I’ve been running C16 as of late.

Little more expensive but I sold my cats to a crack head so it works out
