The problem is you can’t trust any of this shit. I am a buyer on government contracts. Several vendors tried to charge the 25% tariff as soon as it went into effect. This was with items already located in the US so it cost them nothing extra. Everything these days revolves around milking us for everything but giving us shit in return.

If Public Law 87-653 also known as TINA this would give you some recourse. However, not knowing the $$$ value or if it was single source factors into this. Commercial items or if pricing was competitive, it is N/A. Other factors as well go into this.
