You know, that little thing where the Supreme Court struck down the federal ban on bump stocks in a 6–3 decision in the Garland v. Cargill case. Nothing like ruling that the agency overstepped its authority in attempting to create legislation when it has no power to do so...

All that bullshit "rule making" has come to an end after Chevron Deference was shit canned.

However, that bump stock ban was the democrat coming out in Trump. He and that dipshit AG Pam Bondi sat there and discussed the merits of red flag laws......he'd implement that if it landed on his desk. There's just enough gun groups and people stopping him from doing stoopid shit, but that's the way he behaves.
