I’ve been driving a 22’ ZR2 with the Borla exhaust. I know my neighbours are looking forward to that truck being gone.

Up date on 24’ zr2 3 litre. I got a Lemon!!! Since the day I received my truck which has just turn 1 year I have had nothing but electrical issues. It has been to dealership many times and for the first 10 months they would not address any of them since a trouble code was never thrown.

- I have video documenting the adaptive cruise control randomly stop recognizing the vehicle in front and accelerate almost hitting hit. Can not used the system since I can’t trust it.

- 50% of the time on startup there is no sound from multi media or even turn signals. Car has to be turned of for at least a couple hours before you can try starting it again to get sound back. Very frustrating at the start of a long road trip!

- head unit will randomly disconnect from phones and then reconnect at a later time with no rune or reason.

- hard reboots and disconnecting battery make zero difference.

- when key phone remote start is used the car alarm goes off. Awesome at 6:30 am. This is actually worse than the Borla exhaust on my 22’ zr2

- can not use app to start vehicle. OnStar/app has not been connected to my truck in over 2 months. This issue has happened 3 times within the last 3 months.

I have a few other cars to drive while th Silverado sits at dealership to have more modules replaced and software updates done. What a joke.

If I purchase another Silverado it will be a pre COVID vehicle.

Welcome to Club Crap!
Headlight assy, 2 software updates and still not right, lifters, catalytic converters in less than a year and 5700 miles.
Started the buy back process.

GM seams to have a real quality control issues on their hands yet they do not want to actually diagnose problems and fix them. Instead just throw parts at them and waste everyone’s time. I have a few BMW’s in driveway they better share of recalls but the service has been fantastic and all of them work as they should and all of them are less expensive than my pos ZR2 which is a 6 year old platform and the tech is almost 10years old compared to what bmw is using. What a joke
