I decided I needed some performance upgrades, so I got this Kawasaki Teryx H2 5ES supercharged motor, lift, and wheels. Seems pretty legit in the first 25 miles. Built in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA.

She puts out 250HP with a supercharger and has electronically adjustable Fox 3.0 suspension with 24 inches of long travel and 16+ inches of ground clearance. Its a big bastard and barely fits on my 16 foot tandem axle trailer.

It has a full electronic guage cluster and Garmin Tread infotainment/mapping system.

Haven't put it through the paces just yet, but that supercharger lights this thing up and when you release the throttle the blow off valve make a sweet whistle. Power is very linear and controllable.

Did some light offroading and it climbs and crawls effortlessly. I thought this rig would be so high strung it wouldn't be worth a shit in technical terrain. But the adjustable power levels, gearing, and CVT make it easy.

I was just up in the PNW. They use a lot of quads & SXS up there. This is the king of the SXS. We stopped at Westside Motorsports in Spokane on the way to the airport. They had the largest SXS inventory i had ever seen. They were waiting on these to arrive. I think the Kawasaki's are the best looking, then the Can- Am's. We mostly see Jeeps around Colorado, since there is a lot of rocks.

Yeah, its pretty amazing to see how that market has evolved and exploded. I think in five years they will mostly be like vehicles. It isn't uncommon to see them decked out and cost $80k with cabs, HVAC, electric windows, and all the conveniences.

The dealer had a fully spec'd out one on the floor. I think it was a Polaris. That thing looked like a Trophy Truck. I saw every option on it that I knew of and more. I don't know what that SXS would have cost? Plenty! I'll bet over 60K!

Yep, probably the Polaris Pro R, which is their top of the line performance sxs. People are nuts out here, chunking down $50k and adding $30k of accessories is nothing to them.
