What is this insert people are getting when their truck is finished with the recall? I didn’t receive anything but this

That's the same service report I received yesterday. No mention of the extended motor warranty and when the service advisor pulled up my vin it still indicated 5/60k warranty.

It will take a few days and it will show up in the my Chevy app. But it shows up as a special coverage for the specific issue. Your standard warranty will remain 5/60
