Pipeline Construction

That's a cute Sherrif officer. Should've got her number. Lol

Hope everything works out for you up there and they find the dirtbags that did that shit.

Damn.... probably people who hate energy development! They will likely never be caught. You responded well.
Yeah. We got a pretty good selection of meth heads running around. There a house full of them about 4 miles north of us and a small little town with plenty of them about 8 miles north.

In this case, I feel like it was someone that wanted that specific equipment. There was a lot more equipment there if they wanted it. I also feel like it was someone that had worked out here before. They seemed like they knew their way around.

Our neighbor about 1 mile north of us just got hit a couple months ago. That sheriff told me they just arrested a guy that had some of his tools, paperwork, and coffee cans full of old coins his Dad had collected over decades. He'll probably never see it all again.

Yeah. That officer was a looker for sure. I was kind of surprised when she stepped out of the car.

She was a really nice young lady and she seemed very good at her job. I think it's great that she's out there. If she were my daughter, I would not want her out there in harms way.

I asked her if anyone tries to bully her, she said men respect her, but the women are the worst to deal with......LOL

Yeah, unfortunately, women are always the worst when it comes to disrespecting people. Especially other women in power.

Well we're about 1/2 way through this frack and everything has been smooth. Pumped about 500k barrels of water to the frack site.

I'm sure most people haven't seen any of this type of work since its only a handful of states that have major oil production. So here's what a typical drilling rig site looks like and then the frack operations. These are four well pads and some areas have 6 or more. As you can see these are equipment intense and it costs about $6-8 million to fraclk a well, so figure $24-30 million for a project like this. Probably some economies of scale on multi well pads. These rigs are moving every 30-45 days and the fracks every 15 days. Hundreds of trucks moving daily to 60-100 plus wells sites.

So when you think gas or diesel is expensive, this is just the first phase of production. Then you got to ship it, refine it, ship it again, then distribute it. Meanwhile the government taxes the hell out of it.

Anyway......enjoy your gas guzzlers!

Those were the days not too long ago, fracking and $1.99 a gallon for gas.
