Range Technology DFM Disabler

Not sure if anyone has seen or heard, but the upgraded disabler is set to be released. The Pro gives you cell phone Bluetooth capability and more things to control. I didn’t have one yet, but I am definitely gonna get this one for just a $140 more than the original disabler. For anyone that has the original, do they work as intended?

I was going to buy the Range Pro 10 version thats being released soon, then saw the original Range 7 version on amazon for 230$, and an offer from amazon for a 200$ gift card for applying for their prime visa card. Needless to say,,, came away with a 30$ range 7. Arrives Thursday!

Awesome! I see that if we choose to have it delivered on "Amazon Day" that there is an extra percentage saved, as well. Bonus! Will have to thank Bezos for his contribution.

Just completed 2700 miles to Glacier NP and back with the Range installed, gained 1 mpg. And thats with running through Idaho and Utah’s 80mph speed zones. Best 20$ Ive spent!

I still need to get that throttle controller! I got that DFM with less than 500 miles on my truck. Been awesome. Just remember though, if you take it in for warranty stuff TAKE IT OFF. My dealer didn’t want it on/see it on. lol

I agree, it’s been hit and miss with folks here at dealers. Mine has been great and my SA didn’t care it was on when I brought it in for warranty on the comm unit. I forgot and was like, oh sh*t. You’ll love the throttle controller, feels like a whole new truck.

They are pretty solid and use OEM sealed connectors.
