Lol, jokes on me. I was messing around with all the exhaust note settings, as I haven’t messed with them at all. Got to thinking about when I bought mine in ‘23, and the sales guy speaking about them and sport mode being the most aggressive sound, so I was like cool. I just wanted to get out of the dealership and take it home. For over 2 years now, I never really thought about messing with anything, until the other day, while sitting in the driveway after getting home from work. So I changed the display settings, and then went into the different drive modes, only to find out, there ISN’T even a sport mode on there. After doing some research, come to find out, sport mode wasn’t on the ‘23 models! Would I have still bought the truck, absolutely, but it was still a gut punch to find out that sport mode was not on this truck, like the sales guy said it was. Oh well, aftermarket exhaust it is then, lol

Aftermarket is the way to go anyway. Anything “electronic” like that is subject to all kinds of bugs and disappointments on their own.

Not to mention you just end up like chewie on the millennium falcon flipping switches, turning knobs, getting ready for launch every time you get in the truck because it always likes to set stuff back to default and not where you left it.

That's interesting, the '23 ZR2 I test drove had sport mode but it also had the active exhaust system, ended up buying LTZ. Sport mode doesn't do much but firm up shift patterns and make you think your going faster.

Borla S type sounds good and it doesn't have interior drone like other brands.

My 2025 stays in whatever mode I had it in when I turn if off which is sport mode 99% of the time.
