So my 2026 2500 ZR2 that I ordered in August was finally finished and sitting at the factory in Oshawa waiting to be shipped. I just found out today that shipping is on hold and the dealership at this time does not know why.

Might be 6.2L motor recall related. There could be a stop sale on them since NHTSA had been in their shit again because some 26 models have failed.So my 2026 2500 ZR2 that I ordered in August was finally finished and sitting at the factory in Oshawa waiting to be shipped. Thanks, I just got off a 5 year fight with dodge over lemon law on a durango. So I wanted a brand new truck and I got the Diesel.

Well then, it's probably cause of the shitty transmissions and leaking oil coolers! There's something for everyone around here.......LOL.
It might actually be because they shut down the lines to rebalance inventory and retool the lines. They won't ship trucks until they have a full load to send on the rail line wherever it may be going.

Yeah they accually opened the factary a week early so who knows. I just need my truck already so I can start complaining about all the problems like the rest of you guys. I feel left out.

I don't think there has been many complaints on the newest HDs.
Why is it being produced in Canada? They are killing an entire shift there and moving equivalent production to the states.

That sucks, did you order something super specific that it’s taken this long? Or did your dealership say it would take around this amount of time?

Mine says it was done in Flint and its not a dually or a bed delete.

All the ZR2’s up by me start with a 2, and my understanding which may be from here or some random blog or google search means they’re from Canada. I could be wrong

My High Country was made in Canada which is why I've had no issues with it

So first they were not taking new orders, then there was the parts shortage, then the chip problem, then the update on the factary, now this. I might not get it till 2028 lol. I might have it paid off by then J/K. I got a ZR2 diesel with sunroof, 5th wheel towing package, uplifter switches and all the tec you can have as well as a engine block heater. This is going to be my forever truck. You know until the next one, just like guns lol
