Hey guys,

Made the decision to downsize and I'm very happy about it.

I had the Borla S-type on my 1500 and it was wayyy too loud. Borla recently released an exhaust for the 24' Colorado but they only made S-type.

Wanted to see if anyone out there got one yet, and if the noise compares to the 1500 S-type.

Was also curious about the Magnaflow exhausts.

Badass!

After owning the 2024 HD ZR2, I really want 2024 Colorado ZR2. Just because why not, they look so good. Probably unpopular opinion, I really wish it was a V6 gasser. I have the dad, I want the son. Also had the idea of converting the wife's 2024 Traverse into ZR2. Just slap the ZR2 parts on it.

That is the EXACT Colorado ZR2 that I've built and priced at least 10 times. I was going to get one in 2023 but there was so many problems with the first year it scared me away from them. Let us know what you think about your new ride after you've had it a while. If and when I trade I would love to have a Colorado ZR2 or ZR2Bizon😉😁

I went the other way. Had a full size Toyota Tundra. Bought a 2023 GMC Canyon A/T4X. I liked it a lot. It looked great, handled well and had a very plush interior. But when it came to my wife and I traveling around with the dog and bags inside, it was too cramped. Plus the bed is to small for construction and clean up projects. So that brought me to the bigger ZR2 Silverado.

I liked the looks and prepositions of the Colorado ZR2 over the Silverado ZR2…especially the Bison package one. But need a bigger interior so went with the Silverado. But I am curious…since you e had both, how are you finding the smaller cab size for yourself?

I just pulled the trigger 2 weeks ago, and traded my 2023 Silverado ZR2 in for a 2024 Colorado ZR2. Very happy with the trade, wife and I are empty nesters and the Silverado was just overkill, plus the issues with the engine was sort of the last lynch pin in the decision.

I really liked the my 2023 Silverado 1500 ZR2, but alittle after a year of owning it found that I really don't need a fullsize truck. Plus with all the uproar about the 6.2L V8 dying while driving or whatever hassle was coming with the recall I decided to downsize. I got a really good trade in on my 1500 and bought a leftover brand new 24 Colorado ZR2 Bison. Love the look of the 35's on the small truck. Taking rock sliders off next weekend and replacing them with steps. Then the following weekend I'm going to mount that 35" tire under the bed where it belongs. I don't go rock crawling so not worried about decreased departure angles. Mounted it will still be 4-6" higher then rear differential.

This is the exact reason I bought 1500. Love the look of the Colorado/Canyon, but its just too small for my lifestyle. Still want one though!
