Transmission issues

Has anyone had transmission issues?
Took my’24 in for its first oil change at 6500 miles. Service advisor came in stated they found an oil leak a the rear input shaft. Tech replaced this part, drove the truck then noticed a bumping in the shifting. Put the truck on the rack and found the valve body in the transmission was bad. Now the problem is that Chevrolet doesn’t have any of these valve bodies in stock. Dealer searched other dealers that would possibly sell them sock but that too was a no go. It’s been a month now. Still no part from Chevrolet!! Very very upsetting that an 80 k truck has any issues at 6500 miles! I blame the over paid Chevrolet employees, we pay there inflated salaries, pensions and health care and they give us crap!!

Here's a recent video discussing the transmission problems that keep growing. This is both for the 1500 and 2500HD transmissions. Nobody is safe.

Had an experienced tech tell me the transmission problem is worse than the motor problem. Can't get valve body parts for months.

GM has been authorizing dealers to get the kit from Next Gen...I would inquire about that and push for that.
