Added a Hi Lift Jack and mounts on rack and purchased a tree protector strap and 50 ft of synthetic winch rope. Since I can't mount a proper winch yet... at least I can use the hijack if I get stuck bad!

Also purchased a new 30'tow strap, not a yank strap... Already got one of those

I miss the days of solid steel bumpers that you could jack up with a handyman!

I remember in the 1970s my dad took the old bumper jacks (about 15 or 20) them and jacked up a two and a half car garage so he could pour a new cement floor. It actually worked! He was an amazing man! I miss him dearly!

It was built in 1908, burned half down and rebuilt in 1928. 5 bd 3800 sq ft 3 full baths 2 furnaces, now 2 heat/air pumps. It's our family house. Parents left 2 us on 1 acre of land. Dad bought for 38k in 74... Now it's 680k

Installed AVS Bugflector II Bug Shield. Pretty easy install. looks good! Also installed 019-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Autostop Eliminator - AE039 Harness (2022 Refreshed-2024) × 1. A bit involved but works like a champ so! FYI I wasn't able to find instructions for a 2024 so I went by the video on the 2021. Took my time to pull everything apart and it all went back together with no spare parts! That's always a good sign .

Washed them in the rain. Got into some mud last weekend, so decided to clean them up while they were wet. A lot of mud and debris gets hung up under the bumpers and the AMP steps. I don't run in wet stuff too often but it's a damn chore getting it clean underneath. I have one of those adjustable nozzles to spray upwards and at angles that really helps.
