Not sure who may need need to hear this but I was dumb enough not to understand, so here goes. My Main System screen suddenly went haywire. I took it back to the dealer and they did a reset of some sort. When I got it back, the Infotainment System Volume was very low. Radio Volume was fine, but no navigation noise at all. Went back to dealer only to learn that the Main Screen Volume and the Radio Volume are totally separate. So you change the Main Screen Volume while it is active. Turning up the radio does nothing. So for example, hit the button and say something like 'directions home', then when the voice is talking turn up the volume. Kind of weird, kind of confusing; I sure wouldn't have figured that out though.
It's so the nav and speaker phone volume is different than the radio volume. You can adjust it that way, but im pretty sure you can go into sounds and adjust it also. I mean it makes sense, if you have the radio cranked up you don't want Google screaming at you to turn here
