Yeah - I used the Chevrolet App to schedule my appt because i hadn't yet received the recall letter. A notification on the app told me I needed to make the appointment and suggested I do it using the app. It was super easy, of course, the dealer claimed the didn't have the proper notification.I was told about 5 hours.......pico test, ecu reflash, oil change. If its not a scheduled appointment, your probably just waiting in line. Not all techs have the training to do the test, at least my dealer that is pretty good sized told me they only had a couple guys doing them.
Dealer just called and said they just ordered a new engine, he said it would be in 5-7 days and it would be a priority to get it in as soon as it arrives, also they are giving me a new truck as a loaner till i get mine back, he didnt know anything about the warranty yet, mine is only the 2nd engine failure they have seen since the recall on the 6.2.Well, driving to the cabin Friday with my wife in my 2022 zr2 and it blew the motor not even half way to my cabin and left us stranded on the side of the road for 3 hrs till we could get a flatbed, i had it towed to the dealer and they are calling me monday to give me there dianosis, i have 22k miles on it, it is only driven on weekends, and i turn off the auto shutoff every time i step in the vehicle
