I really like this bottle too. Not seen it before. 110 proof as opposed to 104. Crème Brûlée on the nose but not on the palette. Delicious variation of an already superb bourbon.

Already love the Penelope Toasted then I saw this! We really enjoy a good rye and a toasted barrel. This is the best of both. Haven’t opened it yet but more to follow. One of my favorite things about vacation is looking at the liquor stores in different areas. Picked this up at the Publix liquor store for $60

Finally got into my first Rye this past week! Went with the Sazerac Rye!!! Also wanted to try the famous cocktail... Not Bad! Happy Hump Day, Cheers!

I say it all the time, dollar for dollar one of the best rye you can buy.

I didn't use it... local store in the sticks didn't have any. Appears to be used to rinse or cleanse the glass by the Recipe... Other than that I followed the instructions exactly.
