'14 Accord Hybrid 4cyl, 155k miles, those are original plugs. Yea I know - waaay over due, but do they look ok as nothing indicating an engine issue?

I'm just not sure about how crusty it looks like on the first couple of threads. The plugs are arranged left to right if you looked at the engine. Replaced with NGK 92274.

If it was running fine, then they are probably fine.

However, you should have a nice tan/mocha color on that porcelain around the electrode (similar to the first couple of threads where the ground strap attaches). There's way too much carbon to tell if it's running rich or lean. I'd say a little rich, but it might be just a little oil blow by causing carbon build up.

Might want to pull them after 1000 miles and see if they look that dark again.

Also may want to consider changing O2 sensors, pcv valve, air filter, and cleaning throttle body. I'd also run a heavy dose of injector cleaner through it on the next two tanks.
