For me I THINK it was, I don't have guac money hand over fist, I need to try to be somewhat conservative if I can. Don't get me wrong, if I had a little more jack, I very well might have gotten a 6.2, I mean who doesn't love the sound and oomph of that engine, I would have even rolled the dice on a DFM failure or a bearing problem somewhere down the road. All that being said the numbers speak for themselves, and I am feather footing it to get good mileage on a lifted truck with bad aero, but who knows what driving the 6.2 like that might get me? If I hadn't fallen in love with the little 3.0 liter inline 6 state of the art diesel, I would have never known, but I did and here I am.
