Crossbar kit and tonneau cover

Has anyone mounted the XBRS crossbar kit on the Peragon Landmark retractable tonneau cover? I'm looking at this crossbar kit as I want to mout the OVS Sherpa tent and still have room to use my mirror camera when the tent is not in use. The tent sits at 10" closed and the crossbars are 8", unless someone else has another setup I'm always up for sugestions.
