It's not going anywhere. Y'all should know by now the "show" is always better than the reality. Reality is de-rates are still on the menu, only now the time period before a nearly full de-rate you get is a bit longer. Couple this with massively increased warranty requirements for aftertreatment systems on light duty and heavy duty applications you can read the tea leaves that the government is really trying to get people to trust these systems and not tamper with them. Hopefully the manufacturers hold up their end of the bargain.
